Charlie is going to avenge himself on a woman who cheated on him in a line in a supermarket. He picks an item from her cart, asks her:
-- "VagiClean," huh? What's the matter, honey? Little extra cheese on the taco?
Then says there's no tag on that, comes up to the mic, and says this (which can be heard all over the supermarket, making the woman very embarrassed).
-- Price check on VagiClean, aisle five. [repeats it] That's VagiClean. We got a customer down here with a full-on fallopian fungus. She's baking a loaf of bread, and I think it's sourdough.
Me, Myself & Irene, movie

Could you explain to me what these two food-related references mean?

Does he mean the cheese could cause the itching? If so, what is the bread line about?

Thanks.

I wish I thought you were implying that men in Russia don't make crude references to women's genitals, vaginal secretions, and yeast infections. Surely the concept is not new to you.

Sorry, what's it got to do with men in Russia?..

I meant, what does he mean by the red part? This reference to bread, cheese, taco is not clear to meLittle extra cheese on the taco? / She's baking a loaf of bread, and I think it's sourdough. (4) What's the pun or humor in that?

Unfortunately for us, this movie is likely to have a few things you will need the urban dictionary for taco And bun in the oven
Those two will give you a clue on the meanings and you can probably figure out the rest. I'm sure you can already guiess what Vagi-clean does. Charlie is being very crude and very cruel.

Not "bun in the oven". It's referring to the yeasty smell of baking bread, particularly sourdough.

The woman has contracted a sexually transmitted condition (a fungal – or yeast - infection of her private parts) and is buying a cream to treat it, when her jealous ex-partner comes along and grabs the opportunity to embarrass her big-time in the supermarket.

Yes, I knew what "VagiClean" was for.

And I guess I know now what the red part implies.

    Thank you everyone !

He's relating fungus to mold (which is related to cheese-making) and to yeast (which is related to bread-making).

I don't feel that the dialogue or the scene as outlined are intended to reference either intercourse or a sexually transmitted disease. Certainly, yeast infections do not require intercourse. Perhaps you were misled by the "who cheated on him in a line in a supermarket." What that is probably intended to describe is that she

    cut

in front of him at the supermarket checkout line.

Actually, she, holding one item in her hands, asked him to let her ahead of him. He agreed, and then she called her kids with full carts of goodsLittle extra cheese on the taco? / She's baking a loaf of bread, and I think it's sourdough. (15)

Ah, well, there is still no reason there to suggest that he might be particularly given to speculate about her sexual practices at that moment. For one, the presence of her children would lead one to presume that she is married, and there is presumably less "comedic value" (if your sense of humor is such) in referring to a married woman's sexual proclivities or habits rather than to those of a single woman.

I agree with bibliolept that there is no implied reference to the woman's sexual activity. Charlie is simply trying to demean her by using her anatomy and presumed yeast infection as a basis for insult.
